Cheltenham - Anonymous Review

I sat at table number 2 with my brother and sat to order food. we ordered a starter each and 1/4 chicken with 2 sides which came at reasonable time and was waited on by a pleasant young lady. I was almost certain that I ordered two refillable drinks for our table, which came in the smaller size glass. I called the nearest member of staff to our table to query this issue, then spoke A very negative man named Trent Morgan ‘claimed supervisor’ at Cheltenham Nando’s restaurant. He claimed to have checked our receipts online to say that no refillable drinks were ordered to the table and yelled ‘ you did not order this, you are lying. check your receipts’ and walked away before I could respond. my phone was out of battery and was not offered a physical receipt so I could not check. At this point I felt very unwelcome and harassed by the audacity and sheer amount of disrespect that the supervisor had shown during my visit. As I felt so disrespected and was feeling so unwelcome to stay by Trent , I went to get a sprite to my table as this is what was paid for. Trent quickly came over and shouted ‘that is stealing. You are banned from here’ but as he said this he threw his hands aggressively across my body and table to grab the drink from my hand. In an attempt to do this he pulled on my hand and twisted my finger, and following this pulled the drink away spilling the sprite all over the table and on my person.
Never in my life have I been physically harmed and would never expect this to happen in an establishment.
Upon returning home in such upset I have noticed that my hand is bruised and I now have very little movement in my index finger.

I am extremely distraught and expect a reply very soon, or I will have no choice but to take matters further.
