Chester - Eduardo Suarez Review

This was the most disappointed I've ever been in a Nando's....
It was Friday after xmas and making the most of the sales so I was surprised that we were able to get a table so quickly.. (Note I put Almost full as it was only 1 minute wait despite being such a busy day and 1pm at that!)

The toilets weren't clean (unisex) with stray hairs on the sink and the toilet rolls on the sanitary bins - reports from 2 separate toilets apparently show it was similar.

Getting to the food... It arrived 27 minutes after ordering, which I checked after seeing everyone else arriving having seen big parties get their food when we were just a couple.
I even grabbed a small sample of the Frozen Yoghurt to kill time and it came out like milk.... this Nando's wasn't looking promising..

First test I go for is always Garlic Bread with cheese. "it'll be on the side". DENIED! Never mind....
Garlic Bread arrives and it's stone cold and hard, so I had to request a replacement, which to their credit was excellent.
The peri chips were coated more than I've ever seen, which some people would have really hated but not me.... on the Quality of food scale however I'd probably mark it down for the general public.
Which leaves MY Chicken Breast.. It was possibly the smallest I've had in Nando's... so not great.. tasted good though.

My girlfriends chicken pitta breast however was tough and left about a quarter of the chicken.

I wouldn't call this a great visit overall!!!

The Staff were friendly though!!! And the replacement Garlic Bread was spot on like I say, but at what cost... Was it stolen from somebody elses order??

All from a Christmas Gift Nando's Card too. Bah Humbug!
