1.5 (Very disappointing - cold, flavourless, burnt)

Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

First time visit to this Nando’s having moved to the area. The place felt tired and needing a refresh , I was looking forward to my first Nando’s in a while . Waited 25 minutes for our food to arrive my partner’s food looked great and was nice and hot . My food looked ok but was cold , the rice,chips and butterfly chicken all cold , I asked for it to be warmed up , it wa taken away and came back 5 minutes later still cold . I did watch my partner enjoy her meal whilst I sat with my second plate of cold food waiting for a manger to talk to . Not a lot sense or empathy from the manger ,I asked for refund for my meal which he did , only to find that it was £4 less than the meal .
Terrible experience for me , will not be repeating it .
If you enjoy cold chicken and very average service you are absolutely in the right place .
