Clapham - Adam Nicol Review

This was one of the most annoying visits I’ve ever had, when we arrived it was nearly full, we got seated on a cramped able for two, almost on top of the table next to us, so annoying when this happens, and the people on either side were sooo annoying, we had two guys talking about girls in a disrespectful way and saying ‘bruv’ every other word, and a man on the other side who was coughing none stop for the entire meal. This left me angry so will obviously influence my review.

Friendliness of Staff – The staff were fine in this branch, they weren’t exceptionally friendly though, and it would have been nice of them to sit us in a less busy area, this left me a bit angry as well, though they were pleasant when serving me at the till 2/5 for the staff in this branch.

Speed of Service – There was a small queue to order when we went up so we were waiting a few minutes there, the food took about 10 minutes to arrive, which is understandable when the restaurant is that busy, 3/5 for Speed.

Food – The food wasn’t that impressive, the portion of chips was small, the garlic bread was soft and soggy, the chicken was ok but wasn’t amazing. 2/5 for food.

Décor – This was a really thin branch and I really didn’t like it, I noticed the big Nando’s sign at the far end of the branch, the sign that has the letters of Nando’s… In the wrong order… It’s a bit stupid, I didn’t really get a look at this other room, but the one I was in was cramped and noisy. 4/5 for Décor.

Overall this was an irritating visit, I wanted to stab the people next to me because they just wouldn’t shut up for the whole meal. 2.5/5 for this branch.
