My first Nando's after 'metal-gate' (see previous review) and thankfully it was back to normal. I was out filming for the day with a couple of work colleagues on the hottest day of the year and a Nando's lunch was a most welcome break. We sat on the ground-floor level which is deceptively small; I went downstairs to use the bathroom, and it is HUGE! The only criticism would be to get to the toilets from upstairs, you need to go through a maze. Location of the restaurant is firmly in the maze of small streets in the Covent Garden / Strand area but found easily enough with a smartphone. Only one till was open upstairs and food took a while to come but it was good when it came. Small drinks station on the upper level can be obstructed when people queue for the till.
