


The front staff completely ignored me and attended to the next person behind me in the queue!! On pointing out her mistake by someone in the queue, she didn't even apologise. She said she thought I had booked online, while she carries on to book other customers through her ipad !! She clearly assumed i had booked through online systen and completely ignored. She didn't have the courtesy to even apologise. Very dissapoitnong experience. I have to say this was an one off experience from Nandos, as staff are generally very courteous.
