We visited the Showcase Nando’s in Coventry, being guests at a nearby hotel. We had fairly standard Nando’s fare, which we always enjoy. The food, as ever was, as nice as we expected. Thank you.
The whole point of this review is to sing the praises of a member of staff who dealt with us throughout our experience. Her name is SAMANTHA. She took our orders on arrival, dealt with us throughput our meal and was at the till when we left. During our dealings with her she was polite, friendly, pleasant and very professional. Very customer focused. Please pass on our compliments she is a great asset to you.
