I have never been to nandos before and would just like to say, I had a lovely experience due to one staff member, she made my visit for me, I arrived at nandos rushmere it wasn't all that busy, but a few staff were standing around talking, I wasn't properly explained the menu when I went up to the tills, no one was there to serve me but Kerry quickly jumped on to help me out, and turnee my experience aroune she explained the menu very detailed to me and made it alot easier to place my order also recommended the half chicken and it was beautiful, I really enjoyed my meal and she even helped me pick my spice and sides, she explained everything I needed to know from drinks to cuterly, I had my daughter with me and she even helped give me a hand down to the table with my glasses and so on which made life alot easier, food was fresh and delicious, Kerry even came down to check on me to see if everything was ok and if I needed anything else , I had forgotten to lift my cuterly and she went and fetched it without a problem. This young lady really made such an effort and service with smile also nothing was a hassle I couldn't help but leave the review and because of this and the lovely food I will be back again and have recommended to all of my friends I even got a lovely goodbye from the same girl thankyou nandos rushmere
