Craigavon - Anonymous Review

Went to Nando’s last night at 8.30pm, waited about 10 mins to be seated, ordered right away and for drinks right away. The staters arrived quickly however the empty starter plates sat on the table for over 20 mins. Then there was a mix up with the food, over an hour we where in Nando’s before getting a main. When the main came, the wrap I ordered with chicken has black throughout now I appreciate these things can’t be helped but it was very obvious at the top of the wrap! 2 staff informed us of the mix up and we where offered a dessert to go. We declined. Throughout the meal one staff member was too busy cleaning while nobody else seemed to be working and our food sat on the Warner for quite some time. While eating what we could of the main the staff seemed to want us out asap and therefore felt very rushed. As the last table sitting in Nando’s the staff thought this would be a great opportunity to go out for a smoke in a large group leaving no staff to be seen when we wanted to box up our food and take the remainder home ( not the wrap) all in all, I spent over £50 to have a glass of cider, hallumi Fries and some peri peri chips. Honestly disgusted at the service and food of Nando’s, and I will not recommend this restaurant.
