Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
I had a great experience at Crawley Nando's the other night, which was my 103rd different Nando's visit.The staff were very welcoming and quickly sat me down on a rather busy Wednesday evening. With a cinema opposite, I can't imagine this Nando's being quiet too often but they seemed to be in control of everything. Luckily there was only a very short queue to order and my food arrived after 12 minutes or so. All except my halloumi cheese that is; I had to wait a couple more minutes till it was brought over.
The chips were covered in peri salt, the chicken was reasonably meaty and saucy (my nose was running but I think that was more hayfever related than anything else), great stuff all round.
There is quite a large outside seating area but it was just getting chilly as I arrived around 8.15pm so I opted to stay inside.
The staff were all very friendly and excited to hear about Rate Your Nando's! I would like to go back but given the logistical complications (it took me 1h15 on public transport from Sussex uni), I'm not sure when I'll be able to pop back in. Highly recommended.
