I was a regular customer and normally call and order and asked the staff that I will eat in the restaurant ,It was fine for a while
When the new manager answer the phone extremely rude and told me that is not possible
I am NHS staff and forgot my NHS card when I went to the restaurant as most of the staff know me
The manager was extremely rude and talk to me in unacceptable manner
I explain to her that I am NHS staff and had my other Nursing card with me and she still refused to give me the discount
It has caused me so much anxiety and humiliation in the restaurant
Until the regular staff told her that I am NHS staff
I feel that this was unnecessary and she should of told me to bring my NHS card next time
The food was ordered 20 min ago and still I waisted my break time to wait to be served and no one payed any attention to me
It was a discussing service from the Manger
I did asked her to give me the e mail for the regional office but she refused and left and went to her office
Disgusting behaviour
Since this incident I do not go to Nundous
The day was 10/11/19 time 15.45 on the receipt name is cashier Sandie possible the name of the manager as she was in the till
