We did not dine in at Nandos Cyberjaya (20 Sep 2013) but just walked in to make a booking for our team lunch on 23 Sep 2013. The tables were full of flies and the waitress did not understand that we wanted to make a booking for a future date and just referred us to the manager on duty.
We expected more from the manager on duty - her name is Emma and she totally lacks a huge chunk of Customer Service skill. It was good that she understood what we require and able to give us suggestions; however her straight forward answers and her attitude was not appealing and did not portray any attributes of customer service.
Also the fact that you don't accept credit cards for bookings is rather ridiculous, she insisted on cash payment for deposit. We were there making booking for a team of 18 people and you expect us to carry around cash in our wallets??! At that point in time we just explained to her on our orders and informed her that my manager will come in later to make the cash payment.
Today (23 Sep 2013) my manager told me the same thing about Emma's attitude and her lack of customer service. My manager paid her the deposit and there was no receipt issued for the booking.
We are rather surprised to experience such a lousy service from Nandos. Rest be assured that we will never go to Nandos again.
