just a short walk from Dalston Kingsland Overground station. I wonder now, why I bothered. this is the worst Nando experience I've had so far. Chaotic as soon as you enter. are they queuing to order? or for a table? and no greeter in sight. once we'd been allocated a table, I attempted to place my order with L A.......told me my quarter chicken with 3 sides wasn't a combo ......I KNOW....so cancelled the whole thing until I insisted and had to repeat the whole thing again. no working water machine so they filled my glass from large plastic container at the till, also no working ice machine. my food took 19minutes to arrive, but in 2 separate 'deliveries' and it was barely warm, my dining companions fared no better. one meal took 45 minutes to appear, despite asking several different servers. no apologies or explanation offered. I presume they lost the order. I lost the will to live.
