Doncaster - Pompey Ranger Review
This store close to a cinema and a supermarket competes with Frankie and Bennys next door. Large amounts of parking separated off from the walk way by a small green area which is a plus, it was close to a lake as well, which seemed picturesque but was very dark so hard to see what was around it. There was a small amount of outside seating which you would never wish to use in mid December but was well separated by a large number of potted plants.
The entrance was double doored by a glass vestibule which is useful for keeping the cold winter winds out and made a nice entrance. The decoration was good with many fine paintings on the walls and a varied range of lighting from large glass boulders to metal cones and wall up-lighters.
Staff were friendly and did all the relevant check backs and so i was able to get extra peri sprinkle on my chips and also my naughty Nata (though the lady did try to correct me on my pronunciation of Nata, I will stick with my pronunciation as it works in Spain and Portugal).
Food was good, well cooked chicken with plenty of sauce, ample chips (though lacking in peri peri they did bring me more salt out) and the rice was nice too. The Nata was amazing and warm.
Top notch store which I really enjoyed.
