This Nandos does good food however the staff seem very disorgabised and slow. The female manager with tattoo on her arm was the most inaficiant from a customers point of view. The food coordinator was shouting "runner please". The running was busy dealing with other customers. The manger walked casually past the food 6 times. To me wether you are on the till, cooking, runner etc if you have nothing to do (especially in a not at all busy Nandos) you should help out those staff around you in order to maintain efficiency. I own a pub that seats 58 and I'd never have such a lazy members of staff. The manager is not the only one. However other staff I understand are new and in training but clearly those more qualified should training them. We nearly walked away with a free takeaway. After waiting 20 minutes at the till, a trainee asked if I was ok and I said "I'm waiting to pay!" I was so temped the walk away. If it wasn't for the good food I wouldn't bother with Dorchester. Coordinator, Cook with tattos, young till man black hair very hard workers! :)
