4.5 (Great - Very tender, piping hot, not at all burnt, dripping in sauce)

3 (Standard Nando's, nothing bad, nothing exceptional)
Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

Waited 25 minutes for food but no glasses given before it arrived so we couldn’t even have a drink while waiting. Food arrived but no drinks, had to ask them and tell them what we had actually ordered. Ordered ice cream and had to ask again for that at the end of our main course. They brought one bowl, we had ordered 3. Ice cream machine then didn’t work, staff member shrugged his shoulders and said hopefully next time you come in it might be working. We left and walked past 2 members of staff, neither said goodbye or anything for that matter. All staff were inexperienced, rude children. Will not go back
