Hello Nando’s team,
Was visiting for a quick dinner takeaway. Was in a rush so asked a couple times of the staff how long would a takeaway take. Was told 10-15mins. But had to wait for over 50 minutes. Asked multiple times and was told it’s coming literally now, but had to keep waiting. Then at the end was told to show the receipt even it was shown multiple times. The place is clean but really disappointed with the waiting time. Was hoping to get at least a free desert for compensation of the wasted time since I was obviously unhappy for being lied to. I spent 30 euro on my order but the amount of food was disappointing. The food was good, but would not visit or recommend to others
