This branch totally surprised me, I had no idea what to expect from it, but boy was I surprised and amazed! It’s pretty easy to find if you manage to find your way out of Earls Court Station…. It’s crazy, but if you find the Earls Court Road exit and turn left you should see it. It’s right on the corner of a block of buildings, it’s a tiny branch! Luckily it was pretty empty when we arrived.

Friendliness of Staff – Due to this branch being really small, it seemed like there was more staff than people! They were exceptionally friendly! We were greeted with a smile and asked how we were, then offered a choice of tables, we chose the one by the window but then found out some guy was already sitting there, but he offered us his seat! We declined and said it was fine but I thought this was a very friendly gesture which demonstrates the type of people that must visit this branch… The staff all seemed really happy, some of them even dancing to the Christmassy music, all smiley and happy. There was no queue when we went to order so we both got served immediately, the guy who served me was awesome, he took my order easily, understanding what I said first time, and was happy to amend my order when I realised I’d forgotten to ask for Peri-spice, he gave me my glass with a smile and I headed off to get my drink! My girlfriend decided to ask for extra hot with mango and lime when she was being served, the waiter told her that this wasn’t possible because it would contaminate the brush, but then he gave her a wink and told her he’d see what he could do about it, and of course the food arrived with extra hot and mango and lime! They checked everything was ok with our meal a few times, not to many as to start annoying us though. When they took our plates the trainee waiter accidently took my girlfriends glass, she was a bit confused but he quickly realised his mistake and brought a clean glass over. They asked if we wanted desert and we said yes, so they gave us 5 minutes to decide before they returned to take our order, all smiley and happy they took it and brought over our deserts 5 minutes later. They wished us goodbye and thanked us as we were leaving, and we left being massively impressed by the staff in this branch! 5/5 for them!

Speed of service – The food arrived in about 10 minutes, this gave us plenty of time to check out the décor and discuss what we would include in our reviews, however some rivalry has arisen between us with us each taking our own notes. But yes, 10 minutes is good, gives you time to prepare for your food, and you know they aren’t rushing it like branches seem to do when it arrives in less than 10 minutes, you can tell it’s freshly cooked and hot. 4/5 for Speed!

Quality of Food – Oh my goodness, the food was amazing, I ordered my usual butterfly chicken extra hot with peri-chips and garlic bread. Every aspect of it was perfect. The piece of chicken was huge, drenched in sauce and just the look and smell of it made my mouth water. The portion of chips was huge for a single portion; I didn’t have to steal any from my girlfriend today! They were also really warm so you could tell they’d just been cooked, and the amount of peri-spice on them was colossal! The garlic bread was also cooked just as I like it, parts slightly burnt but not burnt to the extreme where you can’t taste the garlic. We also got desert, a first time for my girlfriend! We both got ice-cream which they can’t really mess up, but obviously it’s delicious. The food was just absolutely perfect, I think it’s actually the best I’ve ever had, 5/5 for food.

Décor – Now the décor wasn’t that impressive, obviously with a branch this small they can’t really fit anything huge and impressive inside. The windows are huge and all around, no sign of blinds though so I imagine in summer people will get blinded by sun. One thing I’d never seen before is a glass plated version of the whole menu on the till! I’ve never seen this anywhere! I’d imagine it’s really useful for people who don’t know the menu off by heart. The branch had a pile of free newspapers available!!! Never seen this before either, it’s crazy! I don’t read newspapers myself but it’s really cool that they provide them. There were lots of sauces available so I didn’t have to worry about finding extra-extra hot sauce. It has the usual Nando’s pictures up on the wall, but there’s nothing really special about this. A negative thing is that the stickers had come off the ice/water machine! So if someone didn’t know the left one is for ice and the right is for water then they could accidently fill their drink with water! I assume this will be sorted out soon though. Although the décor isn’t that impressive, because of the glass plated menu and free newspapers I’d have to give this branch 4/5 for Décor!

Overall, this branch is amazing, both me and my girlfriend agreed it was the best branch we’ve been to yet, we’d like to go to this branch every time but that’s not possible if I want to keep exploring new branches! I would definitely return here though. We loved it, everything perfect. Fantastic, 5/5 for the branch!!!!! Get yourself there!!!
