Eastbourne - Anonymous Review
Toilets were some of the worst I’ve seen in a restaurant in a long time: overflowing sanitary bins and grime on the floors.
The cleanliness of the restaurant seating area and the self-serve counter (for cutlery and sauces) was a poor standard. Areas needed wiping and a more attention to detail and cleanliness was in order.
Service was ok but part of our drinks order was forgotten - an easy mistake, no big deal. Then when we spilt a drink there was very little help in clearing it up even though a member of staff delivered food to the table just as it happened. We were left wiping the table with just napkins — nowhere to dispose of them — and with a sticky puddle of cola at our feet.
A real shame as we’ve loved other Nando’s that we’ve been to.
To top it off, all the responses to the reviews left on Google are pretty much identical. Lo and behold, when the response arrived to my Google review it was the word-for-word bot creation as well. Really poor customer relations, Nando’s. You should be personally asking reviewers for further details and then offering compensation.
