We came in for a late order to take away, served by grace. She was very helpful! Lovely, polite & great customer service! Will be back!

Great customer service from Hannah, making sure I was quickly seen too and got help. My food was so quick and tasty as always will definitely be back .

I've recently been diagnosed with a wheat allergy. My server Lauren couldn't have been more helpful, checking the ingredients or the dishes I was interested in and making sure my order went through as the cheapest deal. The food was fantastic - as always - and we will be back again very soon.

This store is in a very busy shopping centre to the east of Edinburgh so that we arrived at it on the journey from Newcastle to Edinburgh just off the A1. The store is between a Odeon cinema and a Prezzo but close by are Tk Max, Primark, Marks and Spencer, Pc world and a whole host of other eateries. The site was very busy with school holiday shoppers so finding parking was hard and the road was congested, which made getting out of the centre very very difficult.

Louise served me on my last visit and has served me several times before. She is very friendly and always has excellent customer service. She has an approachable manner about her which is always desired by customers in an environment like Nandos. The food is always to a high standard of course, but having a a host like Louise tops of the service.

Only in Edinburgh for a day, so made sure I ate at the three Nando's I'd yet to visit and Fort Kinnaird was the first. It's located to the South-East of the city and is easily found as it's just off the A1 and there are well over 2,000 free parking spaces. It's also just over half a mile walk from Newcraighall train station. On the Fort Kinnaird retail park is a whole host of shops and other eateries, as well as an Odeon cinema.

Having visited the 3 most accessible Nando's in Edinburgh during my visit for the Fringe in summer 2014, the chance to frequent some new Nando's was slightly tougher when in the same beautiful city in summer 2015! The number 30 bus took my girlfriend and me from the heart of the festival to a lovely new retail park with a plethora of shops, restaurants and entertainment in eastern Edinburgh in just under half an hour.

Staff were very rude. Food took over 20 minutes (24 minutes from time of ordering) to arrive and was cold after being left abandoned on the shelf waiting for a waitress to bring food to tables. Cold and tasteless food when it arrived.

I my husband and I had never been to a Nandos before but my two young children had. The waitress, Kat, was very helpful and chatty and helped us understand the menu and her recommendation of the fino coleslaw was appreciated. As we were getting ready to go she came out from the kitchen to ask us if we had enjoyed it and said she hoped to see us again. Such friendly service and excellent food I will certainly come again !

Great food and great service especially by Melissa. She was very helpful when explaining the menu as it was our first visit and was very chatty and polite. However, it was clear that she was rushing about trying to sit other customers, serve food and clear up while other members of staff were doing very little.

This was my 4th visit to Nandos at Fort Kinnaird and it's fast becoming my favourite of all the restaurants in Edinburgh.

Our first visit was dreadful (back in January) which I put down to teething problems as this Nandos had just opened a week prior but each time since has just gotten better and better!

I did not have a good experience at this nandos. My first visit was ok, didn't have high expectations as it was the first week of opening. My second visit was horrendous. The place was dead and after ordering our meal and girl shouted over the floor to ask if we would move for a bigger group. She moved us over the a booth which we were fine with as the seats are comfy and pleasant to sit in until we realised we were right beside the staff room or kitchen door.

This was an extremely disappointing visit to Nandos at Fort Kinnaird. There were10 of us on two separate orders. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food. One of our party was served 15 minutes before everyone else. They then brought him another meal with the complete order, of course he could not eat it.
When the food was served it was greasy and luke warm. The chicken wings especially were sloppy, almost cold and undercooked the worst I had ever tasted.
