On a trip up to Edinburgh we thought we would call into the Lothian Road branch of Nandos for our first ever visit. It was packed on what was a freezing cold sunday evening. The restaurant itself was very well decorated and looked really nice very pleasant. Got a table extremely fast and before we knew we were ordering. The staff were extremly nice, couldnt do enough, and minutes after returning to our table the food arrived. Brilliant. My only criticisms are that the restaurant was a little messy and i had a drink poured all down my trousers whilst waiting in the que for the tills. ( by some massive idiot that couldnt hold a glass properly ) All in all a good experience, parking is non existent but it is a city centre branch so what do you expect. Oh yeah nearly forgot they dont take the cardboard loyalty cards north of the border they have some fancy electronic types so i couldnt get my card stamped. Gonna have to wait a bit longer before i can chow down on a whole free chicken!!!!!!
