Edinburgh - Lothian Road - traceywilson Review

Great restaurant for everyone, especially for families with children.
As this was our first visit to the Lothian Road store, Edinburgh we were unsure of how the staff would react to two adults walking in with five kids but to our surprise they weren't phased at all and in fact they acted so much better with the children than staff that work in restaurants that cater preferably for children .The staff were fantastic to all of my kids and treated them amazingly, coming over just to speak to them or making them laugh while they were waiting for the food to arrive, taking the stress of me as they would normally be complaining about the waiting time as it did take a while. We were apologized too many times about the wait but none of us even noticed much as we were occupied by the staff. A few other families were at the restaurant at the same time with children too and the staff made all of them feel so special doing the same to all of them.
The staff satisfied the many needs for every single person in our group wonderfully and cooked all of our meals perfectly, making the food enjoyable for us all.
With all the children we had with us we had to make quite a few trips to the ladies room but they were exceptionally clean and up to high standards as well as the table and the order area was.
