This branch is very close to the Elephant and Castle Tube Station. However it’s necessary to negotiate a VERY busy roundabout/junction, once you exit the station, to reach it.
The staff member who greeted us on arrival was extremely pleasant & seated us immediately in a window seat. It’s a shame the view is very depressing.
The ordering process was completely painless and pleasant. The speed of service was astounding. My whole order arrived in 7 minutes. Well done. My only complaint regarding my food preparation? The sweet potato mash was tepid. O and the diet coke was flat. But that’s not the cooks fault.
This branch has plenty of rustic wooden interior stuff and a very nice contrasting bright red chandelier. And a top tip for the ladies…….one of the loos was very difficult to open from the inside.
All in all a very nice experience.
