Enfield - Jester J Review

Staff clearly stressed / short staffed / too stretched in this place OR they just don't care. Big queue of customers and lots of empty tables does not give out a good vibe to anyone. Lady taking the order although experienced looked unsure at times. Had to wait too long for a table. At first only one person cleaning tables. Not acceptable. Becuase the upstairs is bigger and has more seats they need to make sure the ground floor level is excellent. They did not on this visit. Not enough effort to manage the queue or it's expectations. On the up side, the food was good. The staff did try to make an effort once the food was ordered. One big minus - I am told the ladies was disgusting. My daughter just took one look and walked out again. Do not expectthat in a Nando's. Would only re-visit this branch purely for the food, certainly not the service.
