Falkirk - Anonymous Review

We waited on food for 35 min, chips were hot but wraps were cold. Order was wrong as the plain wraps had sauce in them. After notifying staff a fresh wrap arrived however it had only single chicken instead of double and plain chips instead of peri peri. Each time food was taken onto the floor staff went to several tables with the food (the staff do not know table numbers). The whole experience was a total shambles, tills were chaotic along with the kitchen area. We overheard other tables complain of wrong orders and long waiting times. We have been to numerous Nandos and have always had a great experience. Falkirk Nandos is letting the brand name down, we will not be back. Staff are very friendly but haven't been trained properly to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant.
