Falkirk - Ryan Review
So onto my 300th different UK Nando's... and I ended up in Falkirk! This Nando's is found on the Central Retail Park, which has over 2,500 free parking spaces - and Falkirk Grahamston train station is a five minute walk away. There's also a Cineworld on the retail park which Nando's is situated next to.
I got here at about 1:30pm and there were just a few tables in use. This did mean my chicken burger and chips came in under five minutes! The burger was above average and nice and thick, saucy and juicy. The chips portion was an average size and hot and crispy enough.
As you enter there's a large painting in the little porch-way and a further two on the left wall by the waiting area - which is right by the till. There's a seating area of about 12 tables in the front section, partly made up of a bench running along the walls, with copper domes for the lightshades - along with some sort of wooden spirals for other shades.
In the middle of the restaurant by the drinks/sauce station are a few more tables, with some peculiar yellow metalwork shades above them... and then at the back is further seating with several more table/chair sets but also three large booths right at the very back-right.
Toilets are also at the back and very clean, with a nice red marble sink, multi-coloured tiles on the wall with three circular mirrors on it.
Staff were generally very friendly - engaging in conversation and sparking up chat with everybody. Good stuff.
