Falkirk - traceywilson Review

When in Falkirk for a sports competition for my daughter we ended up stoping at Nandos. The parking was fairly easy to find a space and found the restaurant quickly.

Friendliness of staff - Our first impressions on the staff were not exactly brilliant and rightly so as our impressions didn't change much during our meal. They looked very unhappy to be working there and didn't try very hard to make us feel welcome.

Speed of service- 4 out of 5 of our meals were ready within the 10 minutes of ordering. after waiting another 10 minutes we had to ask for our 5th meal and was then informed that they had completely forgot about it. The staff said they would go as fast as they could to make the missing meal but some how forgot to apologise for their inconvenience.

Quality of food- Once all of the meals had finished cooking and we were all finally eating, the food tasted amazing. The flavours were much nicer than we were expecting from the last 20 minute experience we had. We cleared every last drop.

Decoration and cleanliness- 4/5. The tables and the floor area of the restaurant was above average however the cutlery that we were given wasn't. The cutlery still had little bits of chicken on it an didn't look like it had been cleaned before we were given it.
