Feltham - Gerry Louis Review
Normally this branch is really bad and I dread going there but they really excelled themselves this time, for Feltham.
We got there about 7pm and it was really full inside. The sun still shining, and though I hate to do this, we sat outside. The branch is just off the main high street in Feltham so luckily you don't get people staring at you from the bus but it's a residential area so everyone coming home will watch whilst you eat.
A change of my usual, I ordered a 1/4 chicken, sweet potato mash, garlic bread and 2 portions of halloumi. Not only was it out within about 7-10 minutes, everything was served hot, not burned and very saucy! The halloumi was lightly grilled and not burnt to oblivion, the mash wasn't lumpy or chunky though there wasn't too much of it like I had the day before. The garlic bread might become a regular in my Nando's meal as it was so good. Unfortunately I let it go a bit cold but it still tasted fine.
The staff came outside to check that we were okay which was also surprising as I assumed with that branch they simply forgot about you once you had your food. It seems within the last month they have improved their customer services and the food, I'll definitely go back again as it is one of my locals but hopefully they can keep up the consistency of the service they gave me this week. The only point I should mention is that water, well I hope it was water dripped down on my before we left so be careful if sitting outside.
