Finchley - Lido - Anonymous Review

I went to Nando's Finchley Great North Leisure this evening to collect an order for my wife and myself. I had to wait twenty minutes for my order which wasn't ready on time, so I got to observe the young staff in operation. Many of the staff were wandering around the restaurant without any masks or with their masks under their noses. This included staff greeting customers and liaising with customers, as well as staff behind the counter, Several staff approached customers without masks, delivery drivers entered and left without masks, staff behind the counter were interacting with staff roaming the restaurant, customers were entering and leaving the restaurant, ordering and generally wandering all around the restaurants without masks. And to cap it all the very rude female manageress and her equally rude male assistant manager weren't wearing their masks covering their mouths and nose. The restaurant was very busy, absolute mayhem actually, the food is as Nandos is, but...... if you don't fancy covid with your chicken, give it very wide berth, the staff have no idea of covid safety protocols!!!
