Additional Comments - This will make you stand out in the competition! Unique aspects? Student discounts? Parking tips?:

This store is at a purpose built shopping and recreation centre situated next to a lake with a large amount of birdlife. Parking is available either on the roadside or in the multi storey car park opposite. There is a cinema a few doors down from the Nandos.

The front door is onto the road with parking and the rear entrance is off the wooden board walk which circumnavigates the lake and has a small patio area with seating over looking the view. A large wooden Nandos alerts you to the location of the store.

The store is elongated with the till area down by the lake end, there is a range of coloured glass balls hanging from the ceiling which reflect the light from the ceiling lights. There is also a nice curved wall made of coloured bottles and concrete as well as a nice booth made from caging. The hand sink is close to the till where it got a lot of passing trade and very nice made from a block of rock. The manageress complied with my wish for an electric socket by my table and gave me a round table by the window.

It has the new computerised beverage station with about 50 flavours and whilst I was there I discovered that it doesn't make ice like its UK counterparts but has buckets of ice placed into a insulated hodd in the top of the machine explaining its slightly shorter appearance.

The staff were always very friendly and the Manageress seemed to have a good and happy relationship with her staff with them all working together as a team. My Food was its average time but was perfectly cooked. The chicken breast was succulent and cooked to perfection dripping in sauce and a treat to behold. The chips were hot and like all US chips had their skin on making them healthier. The peas were nice but less macho than their UK counterpart and benefited from some hot sauce. The crockery it's served on is imported from the UK which is good quality.

The frozen yoghurt machine had a fault when I went to use it which I didn't mind as the manageress set to work fixing it immediately and was apologetic for it not working, they then topped it up and I noticed she came back to check its operation a few times after to make sure service was fully restored which is a little touch I appreciated. The flavour today was cookies and cream.

The toilet had a impressive pebble floor and was spotlessly clean with a cubicle and urinal so facilitating more users. The sink was fancy and they had a dyson hand dryer.

Definitely a good place to come for a first Nandos and become hooked.
