Hello,

I want to start off by saying that I love NANDOS and come here repeatedly on several occasions because of how good the food is. However, on this particular visit, the manager, Lisa, was extremely rude and unattentive to my requests. When I first entered the restaraunt, she immediately just said “you can go outside and someone will come”. I had ordered carry out but she didn’t even ask until I mentioned it to her. Then I asked for a knife and she said that I can wait for 2 minutes and sit down. I felt very unwelcomed and mistreated. I don’t know what else to say but I honestly wouldn’t want to come here if I will run into her.
