From the moment I entered the restaurant I was greeted by Ella who couldn’t have been friendlier & more welcoming to me - refreshing, as I’ve not always been acknowledged on previous visits (I fly out of LGW often/come to Nandos) so was immediately appreciated. I was then served by Greg as my Host & the entire experience was fun, friendly & sprinkled with banter throughout - the Nandos energy we loveee to see - it’s not called a cheeky Nandos for nothing?! I’m a bit picky with how I like my wings (I’m Jamaican, it’s part of my DNA) but the food was stellar. As in, the best it’s ever been. I caught up with the Supervisor on shift who thanked me for my feedback & asked if I’d be so kind to leave a review, which is my absolute pleasure. People are often quick to complain, but never quick to praise…& in the times that we’re living, some praise & good energy can go a long way. 10/10 Nandos, we love to see it!!
