Glasgow - Braehead - Pompey Ranger Review
This new store in the food court of Braehead shopping centre which benefits from a host of free parking, Whilst I don't normally like the food court versions of Nandos this wasn't too bad as the centre was quite warm, the store was in the corner of the food court so it didn't have a large pedestrian flow past it and the corridor was wide enough you aren't over shadowed by customers. It is clear that Glaswegians love Nandos as I arrived at the store at 11:30, they didn't open till 12 so I went for a walk around the shopping centre, came back at 12:05 and the store was half full already and was completely full within half an hour.
This store also benefits from having its own toilets as I hate it when you have to leave the store mid meal and trek to the centres toilets. The toilets were clean and very well laid out decorated with green tiles.
There was limited art around the store which consisted mostly of small square paintings, It lacks a main signature art piece.
Food was an average time, the chips were hot and plentiful, Half the chicken on the platter was cooked to perfection and was succulent, the other half was slightly on the charred side but ok under the skin.
The frozen yoghurt machine hadn't been turned on yet or filled up which gave a bit of a delay when went across to get dessert.
