This was an awful experience. I was verbally abused by a staff member who made my daughter cry and caused me to have an angina attack due to the aggression and venom displayed. I was told the customer is not always right after a 45 minute wait to be handed food that had been made 30 minutes previously and just wasn’t bagged up! We saw it in the warming oven!! We asked food to be remade and it was take to the kitchen and same food brought out!! I was called condescending when politely asking make staff member to stop being aggressive. When I declined to accept 50min old food the staff member violently threw the food into the bin and literally threw a refund at me! Nando’s Braehead as a woman faced with male aggression I won’t be back. I encourage all women to boycott and send a zero tolerance to aggression towards women and girls!!!
