Glasgow - The Fort - Jacksz4m Review
253 visits on our Chilli count and I have never experienced such ignorance and arrogance in all my years of eating in Nandos. Unfortunately my Peri Chips were freezing cold, not normally a problem but unfortunately I had the displeasure of encountering Erin, most certainly Nandos most cheeky arogant and Ignorant staff member and would be better served drowning puppies to give her pleasure.
I asked her for Peri chips which were hot, no apology just a blank stare like I should be grateful I was blessed with her attention for one second. She rolled her eyes and disappeared. She returned and launched a bowl of chips across our table, not a word spoken, a face like thunder. I raised my voice and said " excuse my it was Peri Chips" she stared at me in an attempt to turn me to stone and said I will just get you Peri Salt then and you can put it on. She sped off and returned, launching yet again something across the table, the Peri Salt. The tables on either side of us with random unknown diners both said they could not believe Erin's attitude, with one diner using the Glasgow expression " I would of rag dolled her to the floor" if she behaved like that to me.
Sadly I am disgusted at Erin's offensive attitude and it has now changed my opinion of this restaurant. I am sorry John and Laura who from memory are the names of two outstanding members of staff. Jamie you don't need staff like Erin.
