Walked passed by the 1st branch in Birmingham in 2002. Excellent meal and service.
Review of Glasgow Silverburn:-
This is the worst restaurant that I have ever been in my life. As I'm not aware that the restaurant is a self-service, the staff did not explain clearly where the items are. The self-service instructions on the menu isn't very clear. Also, there were no sign of a queueing system. I was not a happy man when somebody pus...hed in the queue and that has ruined the enjoyment of my meal. I have filed a complain to this restaurant's head office and they have not sent me a reply. It sounds like they don't care.
