Glasgow - Springfield Quay - Anonymous Review
We went to Springfield Quay Nando's tonight to enjoy their finest food tonight as a family but was left shocked from the moment we entered and left. None of the staff were very helpful, all of them seemed miserable, no smile, no greetings, food was tasteless and very unlike Nando's standard. I had placed an order of over £110 altogether and it was served to us within 7-8 minutes. I would say it is impossible to make all the food I ordered fresh in just 7-8 minutes. I think i was served food which was prepared at-least couple of hours earlier, it just didn't seem fresh at all, I was so disappointed. While having our tasteless food, a waiter comes over and said which sauces can I take away from your table. We all looked at each other and was surprised why are we being treated this way, it was almost like being harassed. We should have the freedom to be able to enjoy our meal with the best sauces in the world which is Nando's peri peri sauce. I go over to get a re-fill of Coke and One of the staff member put a trolley in front of the drink machine, after moving it a little bit out of the way so I can get my refill, the same person again moves the trolley back in front of the drink machine and then they started cleaning up all around our table. Brushing the floor, wiping the seats and table and they were only cleaning the table that were around us not the ones that needs cleaning on the other side of the restaurant, overall didn't enjoy at all. Hated everything about tonight. I hope Nando's manager realises what's actually going on in Springfield Quay Nando's and improve their service and quality of the food like before because I really do like Nando's food. I had to leave this review to bring these things in manager attention.
