It was only quite recently that I started to go to the Springfield Quay branch but I wish I'd gone there a lot earlier!! It was a delightful experience purely based on the outgoing and friendly staff. Sometimes I can find restaurant staff far too grumpy for their own good - come on pal, turn that frown upside down. It's either that or they are far too in your face and need to take a wee chill pill - say it don't spray it mate! But the staff at Springfield Quay were able to get that happy medium, and I'm not just talking about the mildness of the chicken! I enjoyed my experienced, as I say, purely based on the fact that the staff were quality. Will be going back there again, and obviously expecting the same thing. I guess the only thing is that the parking lot isn't big enough there. But let's not be too picky here eh...
