Waiter was great, attentive and served with a genuine smile! Waiters at nando’s are usually great
Takes 5-15 mins to be served usually, but good thing is that food doesn’t come burnt or uncooked
One complaint (for nando’s Mauritius in general) : When buying bottomless drinks, please bring drinks well before the food. Dont retain the drinks just because its bottomless! I’ve had situations where mocktails were served but half the table just sat there thirsty and frustrated simply because they ordered bottomless! We had to wait till food arrived and the bottomless drinks came right before it. Thats really unpleasant. Sometimes I ask waiters to bring the drinks (its a warm to hot climate in this country and we get parched!) but still they will retain it till right before the food. Mocktails arrive promptly though…so that it gets finished and hopefully reordered im guessing…but anyhow, dont make parched customers (who’re tired walking around a mall in a tropical climate) wait to be served a drink because its bottomless. Thats a huge minus.
