Halifax - Pompey Ranger Review
This store is part of a entertainment centre with a Vue Cinema, TGI Fridays, Premier Inn Hotel, Harvester Restaurant, Frankie and Benny's Restaurant, NHS Walk in Centre which has its own Broad street plaza car park. Parking was a little pricey since all the places were service orientated at £1.80 for an hour and a half or 3 hours £3.40.
You get the lift down from the car park which has easy access off one of the main roundabouts and your in the well kept surrounds of the Plaza. A very small external area as the store is more length than width. Double door entry system to keep wind and cold out, but the only drawback of the store was the extremely heavy front door that I struggled with. Could do with some power assist.
The room was bright and airy with a host of lighting and numerous flooring textures. There was ample good quality art work on the walls. Toilets were clean with black and white floor tiles and a really bright yellow door.
Food was fast, of a very high quality and very ample in portion size. Perfectly cooked chicken and hot peri doused chips.
The staff were also friendly and helpful.
Definitely a store worth visiting.
