Had a collection time of 7pm was ignored until I re asked the waitress 30 minutes later about my order And was told it “wasn’t on the system“ whenever I’d been sat waiting without any word from anyone , the waitress then wrote our order down , we had asked for peri tamer sauce , & I always repeat and ask them to make sure our food isn’t spicy as I can’t tolerate it we then received the order & travelled home to then realise the food was cold , we had been given ‘extra hot sauce on our pitta’ the complete opposite from what I’d asked for how they mixed it up I’ll never know possibly intentional , it was written down , I took the order back , and as soon as we entered again the staff were extremely rude , made us feel really unwelcome & says there they’re back again , we says to the manager that the woman had written our order down X she checked the piece of paper and saw that we were correct , we were then given our order again , thanks to Tina who helped us after a night of hell
