I recently started working in Hammersmith so finally managed to pop down to get a Nando's takeaway. Phoned up on the way in to place my order without problem. When it came to payment in the branch, the staff member said that I had to quote the loyalty card number on the phone in order for it to be processed. I queried this saying that I'd done it before where I just come in and they swipe it - sure enough, this worked when she tried it.

One of the ultimate crimes of Nando's was committed though - as I sat down back in the office and opened up my Nandos, I saw that they had failed to put the peri salt on my chips - this was hugely devastating. All-in-all, a hugely underwhelming experience. (I will credit the kind staff member who handed me my take away, she was very kind and even walked down to the sauce counter to give my mate his order).

It was half full when we entered but the queue was almost out the door by the time we left, a few minutes later.
