Hammersmith - jackie molyneux Review
This is such an easy branch to travel to. It’s well served by the Piccadilly line, the Hammersmith & City Line and numerous buses to & from the Hammersmith bus garage.
They have some tables outside, for al fresco dining. But as we visited on a typical English summer evening, we waited for a free table inside. The greeter had quoted us 10 minutes, but I feel it was a bit quicker.
Once we’d been allocated our table, the ordering process was painless and easy. Once I’d gathered my sauces and cutlery, I headed back to our table. My normal order was delicious, and all perfectly prepared. My chicken quarter was juicy and nicely spiced. The sweet potato mash was lump-free. My order arrived in a fraction over 10 minutes. I utilized my waiting time with a trip to the ladies loo. Everything ok there.
They have a giant abacus as a centerpiece. I am reliably informed, by Gerry, that it’s fully functional. I didn’t try.
I would definitely return to this branch, I enjoyed my first visit very much.
