Staff member on the door did not inform the next member of staff on the door that me and my friend where waiting for a table so proceeded to sit other group of 2 who came in after us. I had to inform the staff member that we have been waiting for 15 minutes. Shortly after got seated and was promised a discount for the trouble but never actually got the discount.
