Tony and the team in Harlow were extremely helpful since only opening a few days ago due to lockdown. They had a difficult customer to deal with while we were there that I think was handled superbly! The customer placed an order online but didn’t wait for the confirmation email as the website states like three times (we’re on your side!) thank you :-)
