This was the first time going back to Nando’s after Lockdown. There were a few teething problems with ordering online, as the lady behind me in the queue hadn’t checked for her email confirmation and her order hadn’t been logged. She was incredibly rude to the staff, and had to be asked to leave by a member of staff (Tony). He handled the situation very professionally, attempted to explain the issue but had to ask the customer to leave after her swearing and verbally abusing him. He then apologised to me for having to witness it, offered me a drink while I waited for my order and kindly let me have a pot of mayo and the Perinase salt to create my own Perinase sauce at home along with my order. Tony was incredibly kind and forthright, and I’m sorry he had to handle such a rude customer. I hope you appreciate how professional and generous he is, we definitely did!
