Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
I made an order online whilst in Water Gardens of Harlow Essex around 17:45. It stated that the order would be ready for collection at 18:20. We arrived at the restaurant for collection after 18:20 unfortunately we found out while waiting that the order had been unsuccessful. JAY (Male staff) stopped us on our way out and heard a quick chat with us before we left the restaurant. He encouraged us to order again whilst in restaurant. He told us the available slot to select which was for 20:40 but he would try to bring our order forward. He did exactly that. He was very kind, polite, helpful and fast. Most importantly he cared so much. Thank you so much. Myself and my daughter felt valued as customers and we were treated as individuals. I look forward to visiting the restaurant again and again.
