Harrow - High Street - Gerry Louis Review
If Google had told me Gayton library was five minutes from this nandos I would have found it quicker and I could've been at this branch earlier and less annoyed. Not the staff's fault I'd just been given a brush off at the library but the Nandoca asking me if I wanted the table to eat at frustrated me slightly.
This branch is on the high street near Harrow on the hill train station and bus station. Less than a five minute walk from the new St Georges Nando's branch of one is full you could go to the other, also close to the cinema and shopping centre. There are places to park in St Georges dunno theist but there is also street parking if it can be found.
Half chicken mango and lime with sweet mash was brought over in eight minutes. The chicken was smothered in sauce which I later discovered was because half of the chicken was dry and the meat hard and chewy to get through. The other half was nice, I loved the crispy skin and it was cooked well. The mash was nice as well but they lose a point because they apparently didn't get their delivery the day before so I had to do without lemon and herb on my mash. The wild herb did bring out another flavour though so I will probably try that again.
I didn't really a look around for decorations but this restaurant is split into a front and back section downstairs and another floor upstairs with separate til area and sauce station. He til is as you come in with a small waiting area. The sauce station is opposite the til so you can get your supplies quite quickly after being served.
The toilets were okay but the hot water in the tap was boiling so not good. Otherwise it's okay restaurant especially location wise it's really central to the town.
