Went there on Friday 23/12 evening to make a takeaway order-can understand they are busy on this day however the service I received was unacceptable. I was told 25 minute wait fair enough, when I finally opened up my food at home was disappointed as the chicken was hard not cooked enough and had no flavour stupidly large peice of lettuce/soggy and excessive amount of runny mayo leaking through packet!( chicken breast in pitta) I felt it was so rushed that it was not even put on the grill just pre boiled!!! 0 effort was put in. As a regular long term customer this is very bad!!
Customers collecting food themselves deserve the same standard as those eating in and ordering via delivery companies we are ALL spending our hard earned money!!! Nando's I urge you Please look into this branch it is going down!
