Hempstead Valley - Anonymous Review

35 min wait for food after ordering £47 worth of just chicken! and when our 3 meals finally arrived, one was not on our order and they'd mixed up the sides so a further almost 10 mins wait for the 3rd meal- we sorted the sides out ourselves. We commented on this to the very very! busy manager, who offered us free desserts but after being in the overly noisy, sticky and slow restaurant for over an hour, the free desserts were neither appealing or any real compensation! We left disappointed and very aware that purchasing Nando's is not good value for money or an enjoyable experience. The staff were too busy to hear our issue- the waiter that eventually brought the food over snapped when we politely said we hadn't ordered what he brought and the manager tried to insist that the M2 lane closure was the reason for our 35 mins wait. I won't be returning and I definitely wouldn't recommend Nando's to anyone else! Macdonalds type service and environment for premium prices. My main issue is that I stupidly paid £47 for the whole experience and I still feel cheated. I am not anonymous as this review states, I just don't want to join Nando's for any reason thanks!!
